Since 2003, it has certified its Quality Management System according to the voluntary ISO 9001 standard, with the aim of continuously improving its production processes, products and services, decision-making, and administrative procedures, thereby demonstrating its commitment to customer satisfaction.
Food Safety Management
Since 2014, it has achieved FSSC 22000 certification as an additional guarantee of the hygiene and food safety of its products.
Environment Management
Since 2006, it has certified its Environmental Management System according to the voluntary ISO 14001 standard, with the goal of improving the environmental performance of its processes and products, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable development.
Health and Safety Management
Since 2015, it has certified its Occupational Health and Safety Management System first according to the OHSAS 18001 standard and later the ISO 45001 standard, in order to guarantee safe and healthy workplaces and to improve its health and safety performance at work.
Fair Trade Product Management and Traceability
Since 2014, it has certified part of its production according to the Fair Trade standard, ensuring products are made with respect for the environment and the rights of producers and workers in developing countries, and purchased according to fair trade criteria.
Private Technical Regulations Confida
Kimbo certifies part of its roasted coffee production destined for the vending channel according to the Private Technical Regulations (DTP 114), which define high functional quality parameters.
Social Responsibility Management
Since 2014, Kimbo has certified its Social Responsibility Management System through the "Responsible Sourcing Audit," a third-party ethical audit carried out according to the SMETA 4 Pillars guidelines (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit). This audit examines compliance with standards in the areas of Safety, Environment, Working Conditions, and Business Integrity, and is recognized internationally by SEDEX members, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving ethical and social responsibility practices in the global trade system. SEDEX has more than 25,000 members across 23 industrial sectors in over 150 countries.

Kosher certification guarantees the suitability of our products for both Jewish and non-Jewish consumers through rigorous monitoring of raw materials and careful attention at all stages of production.

Halal certification guarantees that products comply with the ethical and hygienic health standards, laws, and doctrines of Islam.

This certification aims to create a more sustainable world by using market and social forces to protect nature and improve the lives of farmers and communities.
Compostability Certification Pods - OK Compost
Kimbo pods are compostable, in accordance with the UNI EN 13432:2002 standard.
Certified by the TÜV AUSTRIA body, the pods can be disposed of and recovered in the organic/wet waste sorting collection, and then sent to controlled composting plants, following the guidelines of the local municipality.
